Services

Many other companies offer similar services to Markets Best Homes but rarely can compete with the quality of our products and the level of customer service we provide. With 84% of home buyers today looking for homes online before they contact a REALTOR, and only 6% using traditional print media like the newspapers or homes magazine it is ever so important to provide professionally captured images of your listing.* We not only work with REALTORS but with For Sale By Owner listings as well. We can give your home the exposure it needs by capturing the power of internet marketing through media.

Photography

• Professional Photography.
  • Standard Package includes professionally captured images of your listing (We never set a quota of how many photos we take on a shoot, every home is different and will require more or less photography). You will be provided a CD of your photos which will include the original high resolution images and resized ones for use in email and on the web.
• Uploads.
  • Uploading these photos to the Multiple Listing Service (You will not have to provide your log in information).
• Professional flyer design.
  • By default we use a two sided design made with a professional layout and design program. Not a chinsy imitation made in Microsoft Word or Publisher. See below for great examples. We do not provide print services but can recommend several online printers that will mail to your door or to your listing. Once a proof is made, one alteration is allowed. Subsequent alterations will be $15 unless of course it is a price change which we will do for no charge. You will receive a PDF copy of your flyer on your photo CD.
• Website listing.
  • We spend lots of time optimizing our website to get search engine traffic, placement and regular link traffic. Our web promotion means more people will have the chance to see your listing online. You can also be provided with a custom domain name for an extra charge (see below).

Videography

• Professional Video.
  • Standard Package includes professionally captured video of your listing using industry standard equipment. Video tours are normally around 3 minutes long. However, it is possible to have a longer video for a slight upcharge.
• Uploads.
  • Uploading your virtual tour link to the Multiple Listing Service (You will not have to provide your log in information).
• Hosting.
  • Many other companies will charge you a monthly fee for hosting your video on their website (hosting is mandatory because you have to have it placed online somewhere so it can stream from MLS), Markets Best Homes DOES NOT charge a one-time or monthly hosting fee and we are STILL cheaper than the competition!
